Product Details
Tranlin's technology and its business model offered a very promising future for its various stakeholders. In its initiative stage, communication with stakeholders was crucial in order for them to understand Tranlin's mission, the obvious and potential benefits for them, and the kinds of support needed from them. While there were obvious benefits, there were nonetheless issues that Tranlin needed to address, and communication strategies it needed to adopt.
1. Identify stakeholders and define the rights, responsibilities, obligations, values, and needs of each, as well as management's responsibility to them. 2. Explore the complexities (logistical, cultural, environmental) of how a multinational company can expand to another country. 3. Explore corporate social responsibility in a global context. 4. Assess the environmental impact of a multinational engaged in what traditionally is a environmentally unfriendly process, and how that multinational mitigates as much harm as possible. 5. Identify cross-cultural differences and methods of bridging them.
