Product Details
The opening section of a business case study is more than an introduction. We want readers to put themselves in the role of the case protagonist, so key pieces of information need to be in it. This note offers two different opening paragraphs from actual cases written by the same author. The material provides an opportunity to compare and discuss each. Although the note was written to generate a discussion on writing an effective opening section for case writing workshops, it is useful for anyone new to case writing.
•Distinguish difference between writing an effective and ineffective opening section of a business case study.
