Product Details
This leadership exercise asks students to develop drafts of their personal core leadership values and of their personal leadership model. It can be used near the beginning of a course on leadership or career management to help students begin to clarify their core assumptions and values about leadership and its various elements. Examples are given of other core values (Stephen Covey, Jack Welch, and Thomas Jefferson) and of what a diagrammed model looks like.
