Product Details
Learning teams are an integral part of the Darden experience and are featured in all the school's programs?full-time MBA, MBA for Executives, and Executive Education. Learning teams play an important role in developing subject matter knowledge and an ability to work collaboratively. Indeed, the learning team experience is so fundamental that over the years Darden full-time MBA alumni give it equal standing as a core course in the MBA curriculum. This note will help students understand why we use learning teams and to examine their own expectations and beliefs about learning and working in teams.
