Product Details
This leadership exercise asks students to reflect on their energy management as opposed to their time management. Distinctions are drawn between time management and energy management, and a table format helps students identify what drains and what fills their energy reservoirs. The idea is to pay attention to what energizes you and do more of that and less of what drains your energy. From this perspective, the importance of time management recedes.
